IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This Omnius Software License Agreement ("OSLA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) ("USER") and Omnius Team for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE") and/or including any user account registered unsing SOFTWARE PRODUCT webpage or SOFTWARE PRODUCT it self ("ACCOUNT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this OSLA. If you do not agree to the terms of this OSLA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and promptly uninstall all previously installed SOTFWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

This OSLA grants you the following rights:

Installation and Use - You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on all computers.

Registration - You may register for an USER ACCOUNT using SOFTWARE PRODUCT webpage.

Reproduction and Distribution - You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, provided that each copy is a complete and unmodified copy.

Network Storage/Use - You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed or run from the storage device.

Concurrent Use - A signle license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be used concurrently on different computers.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Separation of Components - The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Rental - You may rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT but not USER ACCOUNT.

Software Transfer - You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this OSLA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this OSLA.

Termination - Without prejudice to any other rights, Omnius Team may terminate this OSLA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this OSLA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts and USER ACCOUNT.

Account sharing - You may NOT share your USER ACCOUNT with another USER. If you break this part of OSLA your USER ACCOUNT can be disabled.

NO WARRANTIES - Omnius Team expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES - In no event shall Omnius Team or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Omnius Team product, even if Omnius Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
